Artist's Bio
Born in New York City, I have been a resident of Bridgewater, New Jersey for the past thirty years. Appreciating the creative arts, I pursued study with several professional New Jersey artists. Drawing, mixed media, oil painting, photography, and techniques of abstract expression were of particular interest.
My artworks have appeared in various juried exhibitions at the Somerset Art Association; the Center for Contemporary Art; the Piscataway Cultural Arts Advisory Commission's Municipal Gallery. Other venues include the Snug Harbor Cultural Center in Staten Island and the New York Sheraton Exhibition Hall. Some additional viewing sites include the Clarence Dillon, John F. Kennedy and Raritan Township libraries and the Somerville Municipal Exhibition Gallery, as well as in private collections.

My arti​stic propensity is primarily to integrate reality and imagination. I employ image manipulations and dimensional distortions, the objective being an expression of a fresh point of view. Influences from my study of science and nature permeate most offerings.
​​​Some works include collage of modified paper forms and sculpture, employing mixed media. Exhibited at the S​omerset Art Association, the contemporary sculpture "Judgement of the Lost Souls" was composed of seven different materials and engendered social and political commentary.
